Yes you are able to submit an order with an International Credit Card. We do also offer PayPal as a payment option, in case your own International Credit Card does not work PayPal will allow you to use your credit card via their system.
We try to process orders as soon as they are submitted but in the case that you have submitted an order and you need to change the size or color of your product, please send us a note via our Contact Us form and let us know which size or color you'd like to update it for.
Please note that we have various warehouses throughout the US and different products are stored at different locations, which means that in case you order two or more items that are in separate warehouses you will receive them in different shipments.
Our system will indicate which items have delivered first with a tracking ID, and once the second or other items have shipped you will also be informed with a tracking ID.
In case that we shipped your product and for some reason it was not delivered to your address and returned back to us, please send us a note via our Contact Us page and notify of the issue and we will work on sending the product back to you.
In order to request a return or exchange you will first need to submit the request by filling out the form via our Returns Page.
You will need to have your Order ID# handy (this Order ID# can be found on your confirmation email) and the email address you entered when you purchased the item.
The Returns Page will automatically submit a return/exchange request to us and we will then approve/decline depending on our return policy and we will provide you with a RMA# form to include with your return.
We offer Free Exchanges, in order to submit a product exchange you will need to first fill out our exchanges form that way we are notified of your request and you can let us know which product you'd like to exchange it for.
Shipping costs are covered by us, once your exchange request has been approved we will send you a Return Shipping Slip to send the product back.
Once the product has been received at our warehouse we will process the delivery of the product you selected as a replacement, a Shipping Tracking ID will be sent for you to know when it will be delivered.

Orders are processed within 1-2 Business Days after it has been submitted. We only process orders Monday through Friday, if you place an order on a Saturday, Sunday or a Holiday it will be processed the following Business Day.

Depending on the shipping option you choose, your order could take up to 10 Business Days to arrive. Every order will be different, from the size of the package to the weight of it, also depending on it’s destination it could be a shorter period of time or it could also take a little bit longer.
Once we create your shipping label you will receive an email confirmation from us, sometimes it could take about 1 to 2 days for your Tracking ID to update with information about the status of your order.
