When will my order ship?
Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 1-2 Business Days of receiving it. Please keep in mind that we only process orders Monday through Friday. Orders that are placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a Holiday will be processed the following Business Day.
What is your return policy?
Our return policy allows our customers to return & exchange their purchases within 30 Days of receiving the product.
The returned merchandise will be need to meet the following criteria in order to be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Tags attached
- No smell or body odor
- No stretch marks or permanent wrinkles on items
- Returned in original packaging
- Returned within 30 days of the date you received your purchase

How can I return or exchange an item?
In order to request a return or exchange you will first need to submit the request by filling out the form via our Returns Page.
You will need to have your Order ID# handy (this Order ID# can be found on your confirmation email) and the email address you entered when you purchased the item.
The Returns Page will automatically submit a return/exchange request to us and we will then approve/decline depending on our return policy and we will provide you with a RMA# form to include with your return.
We offer Free Exchanges, in order to submit a product exchange you will need to first fill out our exchanges form that way we are notified of your request and you can let us know which product you'd like to exchange it for.
Shipping costs are covered by us, once your exchange request has been approved we will send you a Return Shipping Slip to send the product back.
Once the product has been received at our warehouse we will process the delivery of the product you selected as a replacement, a Shipping Tracking ID will be sent for you to know when it will be delivered.
