Getting an hourglass figure and perfect Abs is not easy, but with effort, right food and the correct tools you can get them. It’s a matter of time and determination.

I’ll show you how to workout your core with a waist trainer to obtain the results you are looking for.

 First of all you have to choose the correct waist cincher. It should be workout waist trainer, which is more flexible and will let you correctly exercise your abdomen.  I'll describe you 3 exercises that you can do at home. You should practice them at least 4 times a week during 10 to 15 minutes depending on your capacity.

 Exercise 1

Sit forming a V with torso and legs. Maintain your legs crossed in the air. Take a medicine ball (or anything with some weight) and bring it across your body from right to left. Do 4 sets of 15 reps.



Exercise 2

Lie on your back, feet on the floor. Bend your left knee and cross it above your right leg. Crunch up 40 times, then switch your leg and do another 40 reps.

Exercise 3

Using a ball, put yourself in plank position with arms and legs straight. Hands must be under your shoulders. Start rolling ball towards you lifting your hips without bending your knees. Return to starting position. Do 15 reps.
